1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and how to return products purchased from our online store.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

2. Right to Cancel (EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are an individual customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts from the day you (or someone acting on your behalf) receive the products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at office@landstea.com before the 14-day period expires.

3. Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used loose-leaf tea, herbal blends, or food products (including honey).

Bath salts or other personal care products that have been opened or used.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Gift cards or downloadable digital products.

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

5. Return Process

Contact us at office@landstea.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs), depending on your preference and product availability.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at office@landstea.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your payment provider or bank — sometimes processing takes time.

10. Return Address
