We currently ship our products within Bulgaria and to selected EU countries.

If you would like delivery to a country not listed, please contact us at office@landstea.com before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 14:00 local time will be processed the next business day.

If a product is temporarily out of stock or we experience high demand, processing may take longer — you’ll be notified by email.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

Destination: Bulgaria; Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days; Shipping Method: Local courier (Speedy, Econt, or equivalent)

Destination: Other listed EU countries; Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days; Shipping Method: International courier or postal service

Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or local holidays.

4. Free Shipping Offer

We offer standard free shipping for orders over €50 EUR to the following countries: 🇧🇬Bulgaria

We offer standard free shipping for orders over €100 EUR to the following countries: 🇬🇷Greece 🇨🇿Czechia 🇭🇺Hungary 🇭🇷Croatia 🇸🇰Slovakia 🇷🇴Romania 🇸🇮Slovenia

We offer standard free shipping for orders over €150 EUR to the following countries: 🇦🇹Austria 🇵🇱Poland 🇩🇪Germany

Orders below this amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Note: Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Express or special delivery options (if available) may still incur additional costs.

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at office@landstea.com .

6. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products (such as herbal or organic materials) may be restricted in some countries.

Please ensure that your country allows the import of such products before placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped due to legal or courier restrictions.

7. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because of incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, you may be required to pay a reshipping fee.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide:

Your order number

A clear photo of the damaged packaging and/or product

We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders (outside Bulgaria) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed or refunded until it has been delivered and returned according to our Return Policy.
